Starting My Career on the Wrong Foot!

I’ve seen so many saying they are scared of starting on the wrong foot in life. Many elderly people have even been told me, once you miss it at the beginning, that’s the end for you.

Well, while that may be true for some aspects of life, I’m glad to inform you that there is a little bit of Further Mathematics when it comes to career journey that you may not understand.

Its not about how or where you started that counts, it is about where you are going and how you plan to get there.

You can start off in any position with any job today, that doesn’t mean a thing, and don’t let it define or cage your future, you are the determinant of that.

If you let go of your dream just because of a $30,000 job of the now, you “may” end constituting nuisance even when you’re on $200,000.

It’s not really about the financial inclination of the job you do, it’s about the impact your dream job will birth.

PS:

This is not to say, you start a job today and run away tomorrow because it’s not on your path, Noooo! While you at a job, whether or not you love it when you started it, do it with passion, give your all. You don’t want to start a business tomorrow only to discover that one of your employees is a big minus. I can imagine what you will do.

There is nothing as powerful as a man or woman with direction in life.

In conclusion, whatever it is your hand finds to do, do it well as unto God, yet never forsake the picture of where you are headed, for there is so much it will do for other people than for you think.
