Entrepreneurship as many people see it to be is not what it is, and so they cruise into it without any slight idea what they're cruising into.

A Tailor

Do you know it is actually true that life is a battlefield and nothing comes to the successful by folding up of arms but by appropriate rising up to relevant challenges daily.

LET’S TALK ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP

I was somewhere few days ago and then I saw this long time senior area Bros, he used to be a fashion designer with apprentice under him and now I saw him riding Okada in the area with one dirty head warmer on his head. I was perplexed and saddened, then I wondered what could have gone wrong with his first business.

LET’S MOVE ON 👇

You see many people today with the fantasy of being their own boss, I even know of friends while in secondary school who would say they cannot work under anybody, yet I wonder what the fate of the corporate firms or so would be in the nearest future.

It is not really a bad idea to detest working under anybody and wanting to be your own boss, it’s your choice, but to what end? What is the motive for it? Could it be out of pride and not wanting people to order you around?

There is something I would tell my clients and it’s that UNHEALTHY PRIDE IS A WRONG WAY TO PRACTICE LEADERSHIP, ESPECIALLY WHEN NOBODY KNOWS YOU.

Bike Man

I know this area Bros I earlier talked about had good dreams maybe becoming a world class fashion designer, wanted to be his own boss and make money for himself at his own pace but for some reasons best known to him (maybe laziness) is not doing what an entrepreneur should do. Maybe he doesn’t even know what to do.

OVER TO YOU 👇 👇

You shout always at the top of your voice after listening to Davido’s 30 billion gang song, I WANT TO BE LIKE OTEDOLA!, but lemme ask you, can you afford the sacrifices made by Otedola? (Keep that to yourself anyways)

Sometime ago, Akoko Dangote, the CEO, Dangote Groups was interviewed by some young fellas at his office and he told them he spends 18 hours working everyday and I’m like how many hours have you spent discussing Buhari and Fulani herdsmen just yesterday and today alone? Yet you want your dream of building a sustainable business to stand from scratch.

Entrepreneurship is not beans … You see a woman confessing that she has an excellent business when she has zero naira in her business account. She has prayer plan but no business plan. Like my Pastor would say, “ don’t just confess the word of God, confession is to remind you of the things you should do” Now tell me how this prayer woman would make it big like Dangote or Adenuga.

Entrepreneurship is big business, It is hot business, Mark Zuckerberg is an Entrepreneur too and it is for the mature and not for some unserious boys and girls! with old age..
